SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship worldwide (to countries deemed safe for USPS service). Certain countries might require another shipping company or courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
2. Shipping Methods:
- Standard shipping (USPS) is available for all orders.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
3. Production/Shipping Times:
- Luminary Studios is a “make-to-order business”, and there is a very high demand for Drew’s work, who is the only cutter here. Delivery times vary depending on the items ordered, and many other factors affecting Drew’s workflow, but most tool orders are taking a minimum of 3 months at this point. Patience and trust are required on the customers’ end. Each customer is getting a hand crystal or pendant that is made specifically for him or her, and cut personally by Drew Tousley.
- Estimated production and delivery times are provided on the item page. Feel free to check in with Drew regarding your order.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding.
- Do not expect Drew to update you regularly. He has far too many customers and he simply doesn’t have the time to repeatedly contact each customer. Feel free to check in with him regarding your order, or if your circumstances and/or timeline have changed.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order through the designated courier's website.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellation/Refund Eligibility:
- Customers can request a refund/cancellation at any time prior to their order being shipped.
- If the order is canceled a refund of the sale amount minus 6% will be issued to your original method of payment (or via a check).
2. Cancellation/Refund Process:

- Provide your name and the number of the order you would like to cancel.
3. Refund Timeframe:
- Refunds will be processed within two weeks, and the credit (sale amount minus 6%) will be applied to your original method of payment or will be paid via check.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
1. Return Eligibility:
- If the customer is in any way unhappy with the crystal or pendant, they can request a return/refund. Drew will cut them a replacement as quickly as possible. It’s very important to Drew that each customer gets the perfect tool/pendant for them. Returns are extremely rare, but when they happen, the replacement has always been accepted.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date (international orders may extend this time—to be discussed individually).
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned undamaged and must include the signature card and pouch (for Vogels and other tools).
2. Return Process:

- Provide your name, order number, and the reason for returning the item.
- Drew will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the item back.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item (this has happened only once in the last 30 years).
4. Replacement:
- Upon receiving the returned item, Drew will inspect it and gladly make a replacement.
- If the customer is unhappy with the replacement, a refund can be issued. If returned damaged, the cost of repairs will be billed to the customer.
5. Refund Timeframe:
